...And Hubris Shrugged
How Trump Divorced "Law" from Enforcement
The easiest way to convince a group that an obviously criminal act does not violate the law, is to falsely accuse members of the opposition of having already committed that act, and of having escaped proper prosecution due to widespread political corruption.
The easiest way to institutionalize discriminatory prosecution, is to purge objective parties from within a system of justice, and replace them with partisan actors willing to suppress evidence, while actively violating preexisting policies and honored norms.
Argumentum ad Projectura (argument by projection) allows the manipulation of true believers through comfortable rationalizations, intentionally sculpted into bite-size ideological lies… and as easily digested as the popular Kool-Aid flavored gummy bear.
The latest initiative of the White House, is to extrapolate this program of hubris onto the world stage. Intentional executions of unknown persons for unknown reasons (more than 2,000 miles from the U.S. coast) have been branded and approved as the new “national security” blood sport of the regime, shamelessly presented with pride.
It might be wise for the Nobel Prize Committee to refrain from venturing too far offshore in any ocean vessel this year, that is, if they even dare to show themselves.
After a deal to surrender U.S. informants for abuse by the “world’s coolest dictator,” arming a leader credibly accused of genocide and intentional starvation, and then conspiring with an accused war criminal to coerce further surrender of land by Ukraine, there’s very little hope that Oslo will host his Royal Impertinence next year.
The most radical transition in this political sects change operation, has been the mobilization of federal law enforcement and federalized military troops. Wave after wave of innocent volunteer members have been ripped from their lives, their families, their professions, and their homes. The human costs of the excesses of this unitary executive, now daily impact the lives of millions of Americans who still believe in the power of those words sworn to uphold, defend, and protect our hallowed Constitution.
Whether the man demolishing the White House does… is a completely different story!
